	We are professional representatives before the Polish Patent and Trademark Office, Polish courts, the OHIM, the EPO and the WIPO, permanently engaged in assisting our clients in procuring and enforcing their rights, particularly patents and trademarks. The range of our activities in this regard includes: searches, preparation of patent applications, registration of new plant varieties, representation of IPR owners before the Polish Patent Office in administrative and litigation procedures, as well as representation of their interests in civil cases related to infringement of exclusive rights. We also offer our services in relation to transfer of rights, commercialisation of inventions and IP management. We can also offer assistance in finding a business partner for commercialisation of inventions as well as consulting services during negotiations on transfer of exclusive rights.

	The partnership has specialised in the protection of intellectual property rights in the biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacology, and medical sectors as well as in trademark and design cases.


	OUR TEAM

	The WTS partnership is a patent attorney practice whose goal is to provide aid in all matters connected with the protection of intellectual property rights, their transfer and commercialisation. The partnership was formed in 2002 as an initiative of three patent attorneys who made the choice to merge their experience gathered over several years at other patent agencies. The patent attorneys representing the practice are licensed to conduct all manner of cases dealing with IP protection, both before Polish administrative bodies and their counterparts in the European Union, meaning the European Patent Office (EPO) as well as the Office of Harmonisation of the Internal Market (OHIM). The firm has offices in Wrocław and Warsaw. In 2004 a new office has been opened also in Munich.
